The villa can accommodate up to six guests. Small children can be accommodated with 2 portacots available.
Our 'Base Rate' is inclusive of two guests in one bedroom.
Each guest over this, please add $30 per night.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Rates Inclusive Of:

Daily cleaning.
Breakfast items available in fridge or can be prepared lovingly by our gorgeous staff free or charge.
Free fast fibre optic wifi
Unrestricted use of all facilities at the villa.
All utilities (electricity, gas, etc..)
Bed linen, towels, soap and pool towels are also provided.
The entire villa for your own private use.

Terms & Conditions:

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The final balance is due on or before one month prior to arrival. Should your arrival be less than 30 days away, payment is required in full.
Payment via Paypal or direct Bank Transfer. Sorry, no credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:

Your 20% Deposit is Non Refundable. Thereafter, once your booking is paid in full :
0% Refund - if Cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival
25% Refund - if Cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival
50% Refund - if Cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival
If we are able to rent your entire cancelled dates, we are happy to refund your deposit less a $100 account fee.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD).

Payment Options:
Paypal is our preferred payment option. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Thank you.
